The most amazing 4 months...

Myself and boyfriend have wanted to go traveling for ages and decided to bite the bullet and book something. We both really wanted to see South America so decided to book an overlanding trip with Oasis. 4 months, 6 countries and 21,100 km. This is just a tiny amount of the things we saw/did. Definitely one of the best experiences of my life.

At Cupcakes by Charley, we also provide cupcakes for weddings and events. These are pictures from the weddings which I set up. It meant that I was able to choose how I wanted to arrange it all.

Illustrator..

I like to learn new ways of doing things on Illustrator so I often find tutorials to do.

My first attempt at icing a giant cake..

Sams Birthday Cake

 

As we have been eating a lot of cake in the past few weeks I thought I would do something different for Sams cake. So I decided to make a Cheese Cake with a selection of differnt cheeses. It proved to be harder then I first thought. I ended up getting a box (which I filled with crackers and chutney) and with the help of cocktail sticks managed to secure the cheese to the sides.

New job....

I have just got a new job at Cupcakes by Charley, its so much fun, you are just surrounded by cake all day! So you know which ones to recommend you have to try them all first! I am even involved in the fun bit which is the icing and decorating. This is my first box of 12 for a customer.
